Kennewick residents put up their own speed limit sign

    Sunday, July 15 2018 7:10 PM EDT2018-07-15 23:10:34 GMT
KENNEWICK: Residents in one Kennewick neighborhood are fed up by people speeding through their streets, so they've taken matters into their own hands. A lot of people use 7th Avenue and Huntington Place in Kennewick as a through street to access US 395. Many residents say when drivers are  going 60 MPH on their 25 MPH street, that they can't even let their children or animals play outside near the street. "I have a daughter and all of us have animals in the area...More >>

KENNEWICK: You may have seen them while driving around town.....panhandlers...holding up signs asking for money. Now the City of Kennewick is putting up signs of their own,and cracking down on panhandling. On the signs there's a note encouraging people to stop handing out money, but to contribute to a solution instead. Chariss Warner with the Tri-Cities Union Gospel Mission says that solution could be handing out water, a granola bar- or maybe even one of their resource car...More >>
