YAKIMA, Wash. - Power is back on for the nearly fourty-five hundred people who lost power in Yakima Tuesday afternoon. The power outage lasted for over an hour.
The affected area was from 3rd Avenue up to 32nd, and Nob Hill Boulevard to Washington Avenue.
The Yakima airport lost power too, but a Horizon representative says flights still left on time.
Pacific Power representatives says the power outage was a results of a transformer fuse going out possibly due to being worn out. Power was restored to all Pacific Power customers by 6:35pm Tuesday night.
