YAKIMA--The first gun show in Yakima this year started with a bang!
It drew a big crowd at the Central Washington State Fairgrounds.
Promoters said part of the reason it was packed is because many people are worried owning firearms will become illegal with the Obama administration taking a strong anti-firearm stance.
Shows in Yakima always do well, but those concerns are making business even better.
"I've never seen the level of interest--ever--in the firearms game that we have going on right now," Brian Kjensmo, Sports Connection Gun Shows, said.
Kjensmo said he has talked to promoters nationwide and they tell him the same thing.
The show continues in Yakima on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
