PASCO, Wash.-- A new soccer program comes to the Tri-Cities. It's called TOPSoccer and it's for children with physical or mental disabilities.
TOPSoccer is a nationwide program, but is new to the Tri-Cities. The girls U-15 Velocity soccer team has volunteered to be buddies with them and help them work on their soccer skills.
The kids will practice every Monday from5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lifequest in Pasco for the next few weeks.
