Fatal Motorcycle Accident Trigger Safety Warning for Drivers
KENNEWICK, Wash. - After two fatal motorcycle accidents over the weekend in Washington State, troopers are warning drivers to watch out for more riders on the roads.
The warmer weather is likely to bring more motorcycles out of garages. A recent accident in the Tri-Cities sent a man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. State Troopers said he wasn't wearing a DOT approved helmet.
Troopers recommend riders always wear DOT approved helmets, take a rider safety course and get a motorcycle endorsement.
