Pasco, WA -A convicted felon acting as his own attorney in his rape trial is starting to show his frustration.
David Webster is accused of raping a cellmate inside the Franklin County Jail. Today while cross-examining a witness, the judge repeatedly upheld the prosecutor's objections to the relevancy of Webster's line of questioning.
Webster says he's the target of a conspiracy. "Your honor. I'm trying to show them how people's lives are towed away, and these may be good peoples, and people like me get (inaudible) for telling on you!"
The prosecutor says she expects to call her last witness later this week. Then Webster will begin presenting his defense.
