Posted: Updated:
WALLULA, Wash-- Walla Walla County Coroner Frank Brown has not been able to identify the body. He says they may not know who it is for a week.

Brown says the body appears be a white male in his early thirties. He also believes the body was in the water for two to three days, but says it's decomposed and he'll have to use dental records to make a positive identification.

The body was found on the shoreline between Boise Cascade and Highway 730. Fisherman spotted it just before 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

There has been speculation that the body is that of a missing Benton County man. 27 year-old Bradley Novak and his girlfriend 25 year-old Julianne Keel have been missing for more than two weeks now.

We have no confirmation that it's Novak's body. We spoke with a close family friend of the Novak's. She tells us the speculation has the family very emotional but they have not given up hope that he will be found alive.
