PASCO, Wash-- At the TRAC on Sunday gun dealers from all over the Northwest shined their prized guns and antiques. Some of the guns from WWII and other wars were on sale for thousands of dollars.
Gun dealers say the majority ask to see a concealed weapons permit before selling a gun. They also say sales have still been increasing since President Obama took office.
"They buy them because they want to make sure that they have guns in case it does happen, if they try to take them away," said Rick Palin, who was selling some collector's guns.
Some of the dealers even had flyers with Obama's picture, saying he is the arms salesman of the year and if you were wondering about the dealer's last name being Palin he says he is related to Governor Sarah Palin.
