Yakima Cold Case Murder Suspect on Bail for $1 Million
YAKIMA, Wash.- After 16 years a man may have thought he got away with murder, Clayton Stafford stood in front of a judge for the 1993 murder of Shawn Yandell Thursday. With bail set at $1 million, Stafford is not going anywhere. The 56-year-old Yakima man has been charged and convicted of a number of crimes across the country. He is a suspect in a first-degree murder case. He will be formally arraigned on June fourth.
