Two Injured in Yakima Shooting, Police Looking for Suspects
YAKIMA, Wash.-- Police are looking for suspects in a shooting in Yakima that left two injured. It happened around 6:30 Sunday night on the 1500 block of North 4th Street.
Police say an 18-year-old was shot while in his black SUV by the passenger of a brown pickup-truck. A bullet went through the SUVs door and hit him in the thigh. A neighbor out in his or her yard was also hit by shrapnel. Neither of the injures are believed to be life-threatening. The shooter and driver drove away right after shots were fired.
Police say this shooting may have been gang-related. They say the suspects are two hispanic males in their late teens.
