The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife received almost 140,000 applications for special hunt permits this year, which are now available on the department's website.
These permits allow hunters to work outside of regular time and location restrictions given with a general license.
More than 61,500 hunters filed those permits so they can go on special hunts for deer, elk, mountain goat, moose, bighorn sheep, and turkey. The number of applications were up by 4,000 from last year.
To see your results in the drawing, log onto the WDFW website and enter your 11-digit WILD ID without using hyphens. Hunters will also be notified by email and postal mail. Permits will be sent by mail.
