Richland, WA- A new survey is telling Richland City Hall what's good, bad and ugly.
A majority of the 425 people who responded to the city's annual survey says the business district from the parkway to the Uptown Shopping Center is in desperate need of a makeover.
"Those areas happen to correspond to areas very strongly that are in the strategic leadership plan," says public information manager Candace Andrews. "The central business district was definitely singled out by many of the survey respondents."
Eighty percent of the taxpayers who answered the survey say they think they're getting their money's worth from city hall.
The respondents also want curbside recycling, and they'd like traffic to flow a little better.
