PASCO, Wash. - The hearing of a Pasco man accused of murder is postponed while attorney's wait for results of a mental exam.
Ramon Garcia Morales appeared in a Franklin County Courtroom. He and his brother Jose are charged with shooting a Pasco couple in December. The man died and the woman was injured.
Since then, Jose has undergone a mental exam to determine if he is competent to stand trial. This delay's Ramon's trial as well.
The judge is giving the hospital until July 21st to file their report.
