The owners of the Broadmoor Mall told the museum it had to move out of its current location by the end of the month for the expansion of Charter College next door.
The museum has been able to find another spot at the mall right across the parking lot.
The museum will close at five o' clock tomorrow, and then volunteers will start tearing down the exhibits.
Executive Director Jolene Hatke says the hardest part of the move will be moving the museum's train.
"The train and caboose are huge, and I hear nightmares about when they moved it in here. So we can always use a little more help, the more heads the quicker it goes."
Ashley Furniture is providing dollies to roll the train across the parking lot to its new location.
