Man arrested for making "bomb threats" during Hoopfest

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police Officers responded to a call about a male threatening to "blow up" the U.S. Army recruiting tent in Riverfront Park there for the Hoopfest activities. 

One of the recruiters filmed the suspect using his cell phone as he made the threats.  Officers reviewing the video were able to locate the suspect about 2 hours later. 

The suspect, Keith M. Stroupe 40 years old, was arrested for Felony Harassment
