(Spokane, Wash., June 29, 2009) - The front page of the New York Times sports section on Monday, June 29, includes a story and photo of Spokane's Hoopfest,
In 3-on-3 Event, All of Spokane is Inbounds, by John Branch. The online version even has a photo gallery by Spokane photographer Rajah Bose.

USA Today also ran an Associated Press story, Spokane Hoopfest in 20th Year, on June 26 highlighting the world's largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament.

Now, the Spokane Hoopfest Association is awaiting results from Guinness World Records.

Congratulations to the entire Spokane Hoopfest Association Team for hosting the biggest and best event yet!  Their efforts are literally putting Spokane on the map!
