RICHLAND, Wash. -- A Richland couple probably didn't think about what they had in their house when they called police Monday afternoon to report an attempted burglary.
When police went to investigate the home on the 200 Block of Armistead Avenue, they discovered an overwhelming odor of marijuana.
Officers found several packages of pot, money, scales and marijuana smoking devices. Jessica Anderson and Nicholas Collins were arrested. They face possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and sell charges.
