KENNEWICK, Wash. - Columbia Park is already transforming in preparation for this year's water follies.
Miles of fencing is being brought in to create boundaries within the park. It's all done by just two men, Victor Diaz and Ceus Lopez with Statewide Rent-A-Fence.
"It's a week of work, 12 hours a day," said Ceus Lopes.
Scaffolding is constructed to make way for the TV crews, camera operators and announcers.
Waste Management is bringing in hundreds of garbage cans and dumpsters. And around 280 "Port-o-Lets" are brought in as well as portable hand washing stations.
