PASCO, Wash-- A few flights out of the Pasco Airport were grounded Tuesday.
Airport leaders tell us the automated weather observation system suffered a power outage, and Horizon Air decided to cancel a number of flights.
It's up and running now and flights are back to normal. But some passengers were upset they never learned of the cancelled flights until they showed up.
Airport leaders say it's typically the airline's responsibility to inform of any delays or cancellations.
