From princesses to butterflies, kids and their parents turned out for Sandy's Trophies annual Kiddies Parade.
With popsicle's and water in hand, the heat didn't stop anyone from having a great time.
"It's an opportunity for kids to dress up and make believe, enjoy the sunshine and come out and have a good time with their parents." said Nolan Harper, Pasco Recreation Services Lead Specialist.
After dazzling the crowd with their costumes and talent, a quick march around Memorial Park let everyone display their creations.
And when it was all said and done, parade participant Mackenzie Maxwell, wanted to personally show off her unique sense of style.
"Well there is a Cinderella picture on my dress and I have a crown," she said.
Although many walked away without a trophy, the event put a smile on just about everyone's face.
