FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (AP) - A man who had three children with him has been shot to death at a convenience store in Federal Way.

Police spokeswoman Cathy Shrock says the 32-year-old man was shot in the neck at a 7-11 store shortly after 4:40 a.m.

The man was with another adult and three children, two younger than 15 and the other younger than 5. Shrock says the others were in the store and he was outside when he was shot after exchanging words with three men in a Honda Accord.

The Honda fled the scene and was later found abandoned in Federal Way, a suburb between Seattle and Tacoma. Police are interviewing witnesses to get a better description of the person who did the shooting.
