PULLMAN, Wash. -- Washington State Cougar Head Football Coach Paul Wulff and offensive lineman Kenny Alfred recently attended the Pac-10 Media Day in Los Angeles.
Coach Wulff seems confident that the Cougars are heading in the right direction as a program. WSU kicks off fall camp this Sunday in Pullman and even though Wulff admits they are still a couple years from possibly contending for the Pac-10 title, he thinks the pieces are starting to fall into place.
"I feel good with the direction because I think we are bringing in some great young kids that fit Washington State, love what Pullman, Washington is all about and they have got a tremendous amount of pride," said Wulff. "Those are the players we want to have. Those are the players we'll win with and the ones that will represent Washington State well."
