Driver who crashed into Terrace Heights duplex is charged with reckless driving and endangerment
YAKIMA, Wash.- The woman who ran into a Terrace Heights duplex is now being charged with reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
Thirty one-year-old Nan Thi Phan of Bothell was driving west on Maple Avenue last June when she drove through the intersection at 41st Street. She ran a stop sign and then drove right into the side of a duplex, through the living room and ended up in the driveway of the duplex next door.
Phan is being charged with reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
