RICHLAND, Wash. - Richland police think a man, already wanted for two previous robberies, also robbed the Rite Aid on Lee Boulevard in Richland Tuesday afternoon.
Police say shortly before 11:40am, the suspect walked into the store, told a cashier that he had a bomb strapped to his chest and demanded money.
The suspect pulled up his shirt and showed the cashier that he did have something taped to his chest. He was also holding a device in his hand that he said was a remote detonator.
He left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash, heading Southeast across the parking lot.
Information obtained from investigators indicates that the suspect is Troy Fuller, 47 years of age. Fuller is wanted in connection with two Kennewick bank robberies plus this incident.
