Kennewick, WA- A Benton County judge had to push back an accused bank robber's court appearance today because deputies say the man couldn't physically make it to the courtroom.
Police arrested Troy Fuller at a Pasco motel yesterday after a week long search.
Police believe Fuller is the man who held up two banks in Kennewick last week, and earlier this week a drug store in Richland.
The prosecutor couldn't say on the record why Fuller couldn't make it to the courtroom, but jail guards told the judge that fuller was ill.
Fuller is from Arizona, where police say he has several drug convictions.
