RICHLAND, Wash. - Supporters of Obama's Health Care Reform Bill held a public vigil at John Dam Plaza in Richland Wednesday.
They lined the street along George Washington Way with signs and banners. Supporters are wanting to send a clear message to senators and congressman to pass current health care legislation.
"We're trying to let our congressman and our senators know that there is mainstream grass root support for healthcare reform now. We need coverage for everyone that they can afford. We need portability which means it doesn't get cut off when you lose your job or change your job," said Chuck Eaton.
