TOPPENISH--A Toppenish man is recovering Sunday night after being shot in a drive-by. Police say this is more gang-related violence.
Police responded to Toppenish Community Hospital around 12:40 a.m. Sunday.
That's where they found a 20-year-old man who'd been shot in the upper torso.
The victim told police he was driving down East First Avenue when someone in a car behind him opened fire.
The victim described the suspect car as a white four-door sedan.
His injuries are not life-threatening.
Police haven't made any arrests.
