Wildhorse Casino Weather email alert Mock up (DO NOT DELETE!!!)
Updated: Thursday, September 17th -- 4:35 a.m.
A few showers rolled through parts of the area overnight. We even have some reports of a few lightning strikes.
For the most part the disturbance that brought us the isolated showers is moving off to the east. Places near Walla Walla could still see a few showers early this morning, but that is it. For the rest of the day we'll give way to mostly sunny skies and temperatures topping out in the low to mid 80's.
Tomorrow a weak high pressure ridge builds in and temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 80's as a result. Still we can expect mostly sunny skies.
Saturday another disturbance moves into Eastern Washington. Places closer to the Cascades like Yakima and Ellensburg will see mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers. Areas further to the east can expect partly cloudy skies and isolated showers. High temperatures will range from the upper 70's to the low 80's.
Sunday looks nicer with sunny conditions for everyone. High temperatures will feel a little more fall-like, in the mid to upper 70's.
Long range computer models show a strong high pressure ridge building in for next week that will keep us sunny and warm for several days.
Enjoy your Thursday.
