PASCO, Wash. -- Investigators are trying to identify a body found in a waste water lagoon in Pasco.
Police say Port of Pasco employees found a body in the water near the intersection of Ainsworth and Sacajawea Park Road Tuesday afternoon.
Franklin county coroner, Dan Blasdel, says the body looks to be male, and was likely in the water for at least foud days. The man was fully clothed, but not carrying any identification. An autopsy is being preformed Wednesday morning to determine how the man died.
In the meantime, police have searched the area for clues to who the man could have been, and how he died. Right now, police say they have no missing persons reports.
