WAPATO--Almost a year after 16-year-old Ricardo Cabrera died during a shooting on North Track Road, the Yakima Sheriff's Office takes three people into custody.

In a release sent to KNDO, Chief Stew Graham said a witness came forward on October 23 and fingered four people in the fatal shooting of Cabera on the evening of November 12, 2008 in the 4500 block of North Track Road.

A 45-year-old Hispanic woman, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, both from Union Gap, are now in police custody, along with a 13-year-old Hispanic boy from Wapato.  Graham said police are also searching for a 19-year-old Native American from Wapato.  He did not specify if the person was male or female.

Graham did not say whether the four are suspects or persons of interest.

Graham said YSO will continue their investigation.
