KENNEWICK, Wash-- Republican party icon Sarah Palin is just days away from coming to the Tri-Cities. The Palin family will spend thanksgiving in Richland.
Her visit comes as she's doing a national tour to promote her book, 'Going rogue.' Tri-Cities bookstores tell us her visit could mean big things for sales.
As for any type of party for her arrival, her family has asked for thanksgiving to be just for the family.
"So we want to respect them while they're here. While we're thrilled she's coming to the Tri-Cities, we do want to respect her privacy and the policy of the Benton County Republican Party is to do just that," says Patrick McBurney, director of the Benton County Republican Party.
There's even an unconfirmed report she's having a book signing in Richland on November 30th, but it's not yet clear where that will be.
