Explicit pictures posted on the website forum of radio station KDNA are removed
GRANGER, WA.- Explicit pictures were posted on the comment section of the website of a local radio station. It was Central Washington's Spanish radio station KDNA.
Recently they were in the spotlight. First for management changes, then strikes and now explicit postings on their website. Community members say this content is not acceptable.
"I am very disappointed not only disappointed but angry that the public radio KDNA la voz del campesino has pornography on the website," said Hilga Chang.
Comments can be anonymously posted by anyone on the website's forum. Postings are typical, but not one's like these, using terms like incest and teen porn.
We took the issue to KDNA. The postings were immediately removed. The radio's executive director says they think the postings could be suspicious.
"It's very, very sad that someone would maliciously link a pornographic site to our forum this is an open forum that we were still testing so that we could make the forum available to an online audience," said Maria Fernandez, the executive director.
The executive director says they will continue to monitor the site, making sure more links aren't posted. Granger police officers are also looking into the issue.
