Armed robbery at Atomic Foods in Pasco

PASCO, Wash. - An armed robber hit Atomic Foods in Pasco Wednesday night. Police say it happened around 7:15 pm.

They say a man with a bandana over his face walked into the store with a gun demanding cash from the clerk. Once he got the money he ran. He left with an undisclosed amount of money.

They describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his twenties. He was last seen wearing a black hoody with a green hat and converse shoes.

This robbery marked the second armed robbery in Franklin County Wednesday night. There have been 5 armed robberies at Tri-City convenience stores in the last week.

Earlier in the night, Sheriff's Deputies responded to an armed robbery in Basin City. They are working with Pasco Police to determine if the robberies are related.
