PASCO, Wash. A Montana man takes a trip across country, the old fashion way. He goes by Lee the Horse Logger. He's been traveling across the country for over three years. His ventures started when he had the urge to see his child hood sweetheart. So that's what he did, hitched up his horses and he was on his way.
Lee went horse and buggy to Boston at just three miles per hour but he didn't stop there. Currently he is on his way back to the West Coast. He said seeing his child hood sweetheart was very rewarding but this experience is a whole lot more than that. "It's to see the country, to visit with people, to see what makes people tick. And just to see what life has to offer. Hitching up and never quite knowing where you'll end up in the night," said Lee.
Lee will spend the next two days at Ranch and home where he'll upgrade his wagon. Then he'll be on his way to Seattle to meet with his childhood sweet heart again. From there they will be spending the next year traveling up and down the West Coast.
Lee says if had to give any advice to people it would be to just let go of control and see where life will take you.
