PULLMAN, Wash. -- The Washington State Men's Basketball team was at work today, preparing for their 2nd neutral court game in a row as they take on the Portland State Vikings at the Toyota Center on Saturday.
The Cougs are fresh off a win against Air Force at the Spokane Arena last Saturday and will look to get another check mark in the "W" column over Head Coach Ken Bone's old team.
Despite the personal ties with Bone though, the Cougs say Saturday is just another game.
"Their a solid team so you just got to treat it like any other game and come with the same intensity level and just play hard," said Coug Guard Klay Thompson.
"It's another team, it's another game and we have to win every game and we need to win every game and we should win against teams that we can perform well against," said Coug Forward DeAngelo Casto. "Maybe to him (Coach Bone), it may be a little more personal just because he came from there and moving up but for me, it's another game that I need to get a 'W' in."
The Coug Men Face the Vikings Saturday at 4:30pm. The Women battle San Francisco at 1:30pm. Bothe games can be seen on SWX.
