WALLA WALLA, Wash. – A pick-up truck collides with a logging truck, leaving one person dead. The accident happened at 3:40 Friday morning on Highway 12 near Airport Road.
The Walla Walla County Coroner says the Toyota pick-up truck caught fire on impact. The driver of the pick-up died.
There was extensive damage to the logging truck. The highway was closed for several hours but is now open. The victim's name is not yet being release.
