ELLENSBURG--Police are looking for a suspect in a recent bank robbery.

Employees told police a man entered the Yakima Federal Savings and Loan on the corner of Fifth and Pine at about 6:20 p.m. Friday, and demanded money.

The armed suspect forced the bank's four employees into the vault, took an undisclosed amount of cash, and fled.

Police are studying surveillance tape and have commissioned a sketch artist to draw a picture of the suspect, but they don't have much to go by.

Witnesses said the man was wearing a ski mask that covered his face.  The suspect is described as a white adult male in his 20's or 30's, between five feet ten inches and six feet tall, of medium size with a "pot belly."

The suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored stalking cap with a light colored line around it, dark brown hooded sweatshirt, brown corduroy jeans and white tennis shoes, according to police.

The suspect did have a weapon, but police wouldn't say what it was.
