Kennewick, WA- Psychiatrists say a woman charged with murder is aware of what's happening around her.
Pien Sisouvahn is accused of killing a pregnant woman in Columbia Park and cutting the unborn baby from her womb.
Benton County Prosecutor Andy Miller presented the doctors' report in court today. After interviewing Sisouvahn, doctors at Eastern State Hospital have concluded she is competent to stand trial.
Judge Robert Swisher has scheduled a hearing in two weeks when experts and other witnesses may testify before swisher makes a final decision on Sisouvahn's competency.
