Posted: Updated:

Pasco, WA- A Franklin County judge has ordered a man to court to tell attorneys what he knows about five murders that happened 23 years ago.
Pedro Mendez Reynna pleaded guilty to taking part in the execution-style killings of five men in a Pasco auto body shop in 1987.
But he's refusing to speak to defense attorneys representing Vicente Ruiz, scheduled to go on trial for the murders in April.
Judge Cameron Mitchell has ordered the man be brought from prison to testify in a deposition next month.
