YAKIMA, Wash. - Super Bowl XLIV is this Sunday and that means preparing enough food for your party.
Planning the perfect menu can be a challenge but event planner Cheryl Ann Mattia has come up with suggestions to help you out this weekend.
She recommends having plenty of finger food and a mix of hot and cold items. Mattia knows it's easy to go for the basics but says you should try to add some variety to your menu.
"People are gonna wanna come back to your house if you're having home parties because you served these unique things that were light, they were good, and had a lot of flavor to them," said Mattia.
Another tip is to keep those finger food items at smaller portions so everyone can enjoy more of your menu.
