KENNEWICK, Wash;-- The Republican Party holds statewide precinct caucuses in every corner of the state today.

About 200 people sat down to talk about platform issues and vote on delegates who will go to our county convention.

The groups seen at each table represented a neighborhood or precinct and everyone was able to talk about the 2010 platform which includes issues ranging from education to national security.

Republican leaders will tally up the votes and decide on delegates. Results could be available as soon as the end of the week. The county convention will be held next month where delegates will be picked to go to the state convention.
