RICHLAND, Wa;--If you're over 40 and looking for a fun and exciting way to stay in shape, we just might have a solution for you.
The Tri-City Tappers are over 40 women who just love to dance. They have put on shows all across our area and have become pretty well known.
Instructor Kim Stock says this is also a great way for these women to stay fit, physically and mentally, but the women don't really think of it as exercise.
"Because it's so much fun, it is. And it keep you physically fit. Were all in great shape and you need to learn something new all the time and this is it," says Stock.
The Tri-City Tappers are starting a new class for beginners this Monday at the Tri-City Academy of Ballet and Music starting at 1:00 pm. They encourage anybody to come and try it regardless of experience.
