WEST RICHLAND, Wash.-- Last night, former city administrator Dave Weiser and former police chief Layne Erdman were the topic of the executive session for West Richland city council.
Both men are asking the city for six months severance pay after they both were fired on the first of the year by new mayor Donna Noski.
The city has been mum on what they might do in response, but they did say they haven't decided what to do.
The city has no timeline on when they might reach a decision. Weiser had a deadline of the end of February to hear back from the city, but today he said he won't take any more action yet.
