Vending machine vandalism arrest

WALLA WALLA, Wash. -- One person is in custody tonight after causing over $26,000 dollars in damages to vending machines throughout Walla Walla.

29 year old Randall Berry of Walla Walla is being held on charges of 1st Degree Malicious Mischief, Possession of Stolen Property and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.

Officers got a search warrant for Berry's apartment and found evidence of meth, and tools likely used in the vending machine vandalism's. Berry was not home at the time of the search.

Police found him around 2:45 AM. He was arrested and booked in the county jail.

Area Coca Cola and Pepsi distributors were the main victims.
