More fallout from the Toyota recall, now there's a class action lawsuit you can get in on.
More than four million cars were recalled for pedal problems now some owners want to sue.
Toyota says the problems have been fixed, and that their cars are safe to drive but apparently some owners are still saying "no thanks"
A law firm in Seattle is forming a class action lawsuit for any owner of a Toyota recalled car to try and get their money back.
The firm says they have hundreds of people who have put in claims to the suit already, including some from Eastern Washington.
The main problem is not the safety of the fixed cars, but their resale value.
Steve Berman, Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, LLP. says, "Even if they've fixed the problem you try to resell your Toyota right now you're going to be told there's a diminution in value because of the taint surrounding Toyota cars."
Toyota is currently investigating multiple claims of rapid acceleration in the Prius. The company continues to assure owners their cars are safe to drive.
