YAKIMA, Wash. -- Yakima police continue to investigate Sunday night's drive-by shooting. One Yakima man was shot in the shoulder for apparently wearing the wrong color.

It happened around 7p.m. Sunday. Detectives say the victim was inside his vehicle at a stop sign on 7th and Adams streets, when a van drove by and fired shots.

Injuries were not life-threatening.

Police believe the suspects are known gang-members, but say the man shot had no ties to gangs.

The victim's name has not been released. He was allegedly targeted by the suspects for wearing red clothing.
