Census workers could be at your door

Posted: Updated:

Census workers won't show up at your door unless you don't mail in your 2010 census form, but there are some exceptions.

Census workers say return rates have been low in parts of Pasco, which is why census workers are out about a week early knocking on doors and filling out information on the spot.

Starting today, people living in East Pasco who haven't mailed in their census forms can expect to hear a knock on their front door, and for those that don't mail forms back in other parts of the Tri-Cities, workers are expected to be going door to door throughout the summer to make sure all households are accounted for.
