**UPDATE** Amber Alert has been cancelled for 1-year-old Noah Hernandez.  The boy was located unharmed early this morning in Quincy.  A suspect is in police custody.
QUINCY, Wash.--  An Amber Alert has been issued for a child missing out of Quincy in Grant Co.  Police believe the child's father, along with 3 to 4 other Hispanic males, who may be armed and dangerous, took the child from a residence in Quincy, possibly enroute to Mexico.
The boy is 1 year-old Noah Hernandez.  He weighs 32 pounds and is 3' tall, Hispanic, with black hair. 
The suspect is 22-year-old Hector Hernandez Velasquez.  He's  5 feet 3 inches tall, 150lbs., black hair, brown eyes.  He has a black goatee, multiple tattoos. 
They're believed to be in a 2006 Cadillac CTS, with Washington license plate # 791ZBS.
