Fever Fall Short in Home Opener

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Entering Saturday night, the Tri Cities Fever hoped a little home cooking could put a W in the win column. 

The Fever gave visiting Kent a run for their money.  Tyson Thompson scored the opening touchdown of the game, and got the home crowd on its feet. 

Pacific North Division foe in Kent was too much to handle in the end, as the Fever fall 55-49. 

Tri-Cities falls to 0-3 on the season.
