KENNEWICK, Wash. -- It's time to head down to the race track.
Racing at Sun Downs in Kennewick begins this weekend with races scheduled all the way until May 2nd.
There are 9 races Saturday afternoon and another 8 this Sunday. Post time 1:30 each day.
Those involved in horse racing say once you see the sport, you get hooked.
"It's just something that gets in your blood, the racing part of it," said Horse Trainer Kurt Calton. "The adrenaline that you get, when you put all that hard work into them and you see your horse develop, and it actually wins the race. It feels like you accomplished something."
